30-day return requests
You may contact Novastella Jewels within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order reference, the item details and the reason for your request.
Before sending an item
Wait for return instructions and the correct return address. Keep the item, original packaging and any grading documents together. Any eligibility conditions or exceptions must be those disclosed for your purchase.
Assessment and refund
We will review the returned item and confirm the outcome and refund arrangements. Do not send jewellery to an unconfirmed address. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.
