Request a cancellation
Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. We will check whether production, customisation or dispatch has started.
Custom orders
Cancellation arrangements for a custom design depend on the terms agreed before production. Ask us to confirm these in writing before approving your design.
Confirmation
A request is not a confirmation of cancellation. We will communicate the outcome and any applicable refund arrangements.
