Check whether the selected stone is natural, laboratory-grown or another gemstone. A product listing should identify the report supplied, if any.
IGI and GIA reports
IGI and GIA are independent gemological organisations. A grading report refers to the stone or item described in that report; it is not blanket certification of a shop or every product.
Verify a report
Use the issuing laboratory’s report-check service and match the report number and details to the documentation supplied. Contact us if you need help understanding the report.
Small stones and treatments
Not every accent stone has an individual report. Ask about total carat weight, centre-stone weight, origin and any disclosed treatments before ordering.
