Wear thoughtfully
Remove jewellery before swimming, heavy exercise and tasks that may expose it to chemicals or impact. Apply perfumes and lotions before putting jewellery on.
Clean gently
For suitable diamond jewellery, a soft brush and mild soapy water may be used. Pearls, porous stones, treated gems and delicate settings need different care; ask before cleaning.
Store separately
Keep pieces in separate soft compartments to avoid scratching and tangling. Have clasps, settings and prongs inspected if they appear loose or damaged.
